The customer one visit away
Staff see how close someone is to a reward at checkout, so the nudge happens naturally.
Digital stamp cards, points and membership tiers that live in the same system as your billing — so every sale earns, every reward redeems at the counter, and nobody has to remember to stamp a paper card.

A loyalty program only works if it is easier than not using it — for your staff at the counter and for the customer holding the phone. Here is what that takes.
The paper punch card, without the paper. Customers collect on their phone, and a lost wallet no longer means a lost customer.
Earn points on every rupee spent and move customers from Silver to Gold automatically as they keep coming back.
The system notices when a regular stops showing up and sends them a reason to return — before you would have noticed yourself.
Because loyalty and your IRD-approved billing are the same system, points apply at checkout without a second device or a separate app to reconcile.
The regular who has not been in for a month, the customer one visit away from a reward, and the birthday you would otherwise miss.
Staff see how close someone is to a reward at checkout, so the nudge happens naturally.
A lapse triggers an offer automatically — no list to export, no campaign to remember.
Birthday and milestone rewards go out on their own, in the customer's name.
Most loyalty options in Nepal fall into two camps: shared point networks like Fonepoints or Rewardiz, where customers collect across many businesses, and standalone apps you run yourself. Shared networks give you reach but not much control or customer data. Standalone apps give you control but sit apart from your billing, so someone has to remember to use them. Qustomer takes the third path — loyalty built into the POS you already ring sales on, so it runs whether or not your staff think about it, and the customer data stays yours.
Loyalty is included in every Qustomer plan rather than sold as an add-on, so it starts at Rs 18,000 a year in NPR along with the rest of the platform — POS, billing, reservations and campaigns. There is no per-member fee and no commission on the sales your loyalty program drives.
Customers can use the Qustomer app to track their stamps, points and rewards across every business they visit, but they can also be enrolled at the counter by phone number and start earning immediately. The point is that a customer who has not installed anything still gets recognised on their second visit.
Yes. Stamp cards suit a repeat-purchase business — a coffee, a haircut, a juice — while points suit variable basket sizes in retail. You can run both, and set different programs per location if your branches serve different crowds.
Yes. Balances follow the customer, so stamps earned at one branch redeem at another, and you see one purchase history per customer rather than one per shop. Each location can still run its own promotions on top.
A discount reduces the price of a sale you were already making. A loyalty program changes whether the next sale happens at all — it gives someone a reason to walk past a competitor. That only holds if the reward is worth returning for and the tracking is automatic, which is why loyalty sitting inside the POS matters more than the mechanics of the reward itself.
